What we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect the information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. Cooks additionally share their kitchen details and menu information.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with home cooks, process and deliver your orders, and keep your account secure. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies, and you decide about the second one.

Necessary cookies

These keep the site working and are always on — we cannot switch them off. They cover your sign-in session, the cookie choice you make below, and protection against cross-site request forgery. Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, and never leaves your device until you place an order.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-DG2JFPVYF4, served through our own domain) to count visits and see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. Google acts as our data processor for this. We do not run advertising, and we never use these cookies to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Analytics is switched off until you accept it. If you decline, or simply never choose, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data about your visit is collected.

Your choice

We rely on your consent as the legal basis for analytics cookies (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Your choice is remembered for six months, after which we will ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time — it is as easy to say no as to say yes — using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent does not affect data collected before you withdrew it.
